Zero FX

BATTERY
Zero Motorcycles’ Z-Force® is the highest power and energy density battery in the EV industry. The Z-Force 7.2 offers a maximum battery capacity of 7.2 kWh and has a driving range of up to 146 km in city use.

The battery is designed for a long life and has a five-year warranty, regardless of mileage. The Zero FX features a long-term storage mode to optimize the battery’s state of charge, further improving the long-term health of the batteries.

ONBOARD BATTERY CHARGER
The Zero FX has a discreetly built-in 650W charger that plugs into a household electrical outlet. Charging time can be shortened by using an optional Quick Charger.

ENGINE
The Zero FX motor produces up to 106 Nm of torque. The air-cooled Interior Permanent Magnet (IPM) engine delivers impressive performance and fierce acceleration and works in combination with the regenerative braking system for energy recovery.

No heavy, complicated or expensive liquid cooling. No routine maintenance. No fuss. This is the most efficient, powerful and compact brushless motor.

FRAME
The robust frame is made of aircraft aluminum and has been optimized to perfection over the last 10 years. The frame is closely related to previous Zero Motorcycles motocross motorcycles; the strength-to-weight ratio is optimal and makes this frame the perfect match for the adrenaline-pumping acceleration of the Z-Force® drivetrain.

BRAKES
The Bosch anti-lock braking system (ABS) delivers reliable braking power. The system has been tested for almost every situation and optimized for the shortest braking distance under hard braking. The brakes are equipped with adjustable brake levers for improved ergonomics. The ABS system can be switched on or off by the motorcyclist.

DASHBOARD
A 5” TFT color dashboard. The Zero FX dashboard gives you the information you need: speed, battery status, power output, selected performance profile, estimated charging time. Sync with your smartphone for a secondary and customizable dashboard or detailed driving statistics.

SUSPENSION Featuring
specially tuned Showa suspension, Zero FX is rugged enough to tackle rugged trails and rock-strewn terrain, while 218mm front and 227mm rear travel keeps your ride comfortable.

WHEELS AND TIRES
A large 21-inch front wheel ensures the Zero FX rides effortlessly over and through bumps and potholes. Thanks to the high-performance Pirelli Scorpion MT-90 tires, the Zero FX effortlessly finds its way through sandy and rocky terrain and on asphalt.

DIRECT DRIVE
Forget clutches, gears, gears, chains and all the associated fuss. Smooth and maximum efficient acceleration, while electrical energy transforms into pure motive power. The Zero FX has direct drive. The state-of-the-art motor is directly linked to the rear wheel via a carbon fiber belt.

FRONT
The unique front of the Zero FX features twin-projector lights with an integrated fly-screen, optimally fitting the visual appearance of a motorcycle with sharp styling.
