The battery is working, the charger as well BUT 1) you sent me a UK plug… I had to find an EU charging cable… 2) the battery container already show some defects on one side. As you can see on the pictures, one of the face is showing a kind of bump, which is irregular. The bottom cap is cracked due to this deformation, with the screw forced into the thread of the aluminum frame… I know you are not the battery manufacturer, but I have been experiencing MATE for a while now and I am not surprised they can disregard quality in their bike making process. I don’t know if the discount was made to sell out this battery batch but I would have expected from you to send me a better quality product

Wel jammer dat er geen EU stekker bij zat maar die is later nog naar mij opgestuurd .
